Forge welding techniques:

Electron beam welding utilizes a focused stream of high-velocity electrons to generate heat that melts and fuses metal parts together. It offers exceptional control over heat input while minimizing distortion and maintaining material integrity. Although electron beam welding requires specialized equipment due to vacuum chamber requirements, it remains invaluable for certain advanced blacksmithing applications.
