Angelina Jolie is a name that needs no introduction. She has been in the public eye for over two decades and has established herself as a versatile actress, filmmaker, humanitarian activist, and mother of six children.
Born on June 4th, 1975 in Los Angeles, California to actor Jon Voight and actress Marcheline Bertrand, Angelina grew up in a family with Hollywood connections. Her parents divorced when she was just one year old and she spent most of her childhood moving around with her mother.
Her acting career began at the early age of seven when she appeared alongside her father in Lookin’ to Get Out (1982). However, it wasn’t until the mid-1990s that she gained widespread recognition for her roles in Hackers (1995), Gia (1998), and Girl Interrupted (1999).

Angelina’s humanitarian work has earned her numerous awards, including Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in 2013. She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has been recognized as one of TIME magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world multiple times.
